Our minimum 5-night stay policy ensures that guests can fully immerse themselves in the serene environment of the villa and truly unwind. Additionally, it helps in maintaining the exclusivity and premium experience of the property, while also optimizing the operational and cleaning processes to provide the best experience for every guest.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to changes in plans. Should you need to cancel or adjust your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy for guidance:

- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
- If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights
- If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll are not eligible for a refund

The check-in time is at 15:00 (3pm), while the check-out time is at 11:00 (11am).

This means you're free to check in at a time that best suits you, without any constraints or wait times. Prior to your arrival, you will receive unique access codes tailored specifically for the duration of your stay. These time-limited codes ensure both ease of access and the utmost security.

Our property offers on-site parking that can accommodate two vehicles. However, it's essential to note that the space is designed in a tandem format, meaning one car is parked directly in front of the other. While the parking area is perfectly suited for standard sedans, its clearance on either side is compact. If you're driving a larger SUV or a vehicle with extended width, you might find the space a bit snug. In such cases, we recommend parking off-property to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle.

We understand the importance of maintaining an environment that epitomizes cleanliness and comfort. We've entrusted our villa's cleaning regimen to a top-tier professional cleaning company. Before each check-in, the villa undergoes a comprehensive cleaning, ensuring it meets our stringent standards, creating a peaceful and inviting ambiance for your stay.

Bedlinen and Towels:Ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort is paramount to us. We provide fresh bed linens on all beds, at checking. Additionally, soft and absorbent shower towels are provided, allowing you to indulge in a spa-like experience within the comfort of the villa.

Washing Facilities: Should you need to refresh your vacation attire or handle minor laundry needs, the villa is equipped with a combided washing machine and dryer. These amenities are freely available for guests, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

Beach Towels: While we provide the essentials for indoor comfort, we'd like to note that beach towels are not part of our standard provisions. However, for those who prefer the ease of not packing their own, we can provide beach towels at a supplementary cost.

Additional Services: Our standard pre-check-in cleaning is seamlessly included in your booking. However, should you desire more frequent cleanings during your stay, we can facilitate additional services at your expense.

During your stay at the Seafront Essence Villa, you may find the need to refresh your vacation attire or tend to minor laundry tasks. For this very purpose, the villa boasts a combined washing machine and dryer. Kindly note that while the machines are available for your use, guests are requested to provide their own detergent for laundry needs.

Understanding the needs of our guests traveling with infants, Seafront Essence Villa offers the provision of a baby cot/crib to ensure the comfort and safety of your little one. If you require a crib during your stay, kindly make a request at the time of your booking. This ensures that we have everything ready and set up for you upon your arrival, letting you have a seamless experience with the youngest members of your family in mind. Our beach house offers bed protective sides that can be attached to one of the double beds, designed to prevent smaller children from rolling out while sleeping. These accessories are available upon request at no additional cost. While we provide these protective sides to enhance safety, the responsibility for supervising and ensuring the child's safety remains with the parents or guardians. We encourage parents to use these accessories responsibly and ensure they are securely attached and appropriate for their child’s needs. The accessories look like this:

We respectfully request that guests refrain from smoking indoors. This ensures that the villa remains fresh and inviting for everyone. Should you wish to smoke, we kindly ask you to utilize the outdoor areas provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preserving the pristine condition of our villa.

At Seafront Essence Villa, while you revel in the serene ambiance of your private beachfront sanctuary, convenience is never far away. Just a short 2km drive takes you to the charming Nea Skioni village, bustling with an array of shopping options to cater to all your needs.

For your grocery essentials, the village hosts two well-stocked grocery stores. Freshness is the key in Nea Skioni, and the two fish stores ensure you have a selection of the day's freshest catch. If meat is more to your preference, a quality butcher shop is available, and of course, no Mediterranean village would be complete without a bakery, serving freshly baked goods daily.
